Customer Service Means Delivery
In many organizations the customer
service department handles a wide variety of tasks. At Vesco,
Inc. the inside sales staff handles technical questions and takes
the order. But once the order is taken, customer service goes
into action. They are responsible for order processing, scheduling,
expediting, and shipping. It is these internal activities that
assure on time deliveries.
